mine is on high floor, 21st floor. comes with 3 aircon, plaster ceiling entire condo, full kitchen, sofa, built in in master room, 1 heater, 1 shower screen, and the stainless steel grills and door (all silver color..i think this is the one that cost a bomb), very well kept..also the 2 steps from lounge to the room..the tiles match back the lounge ones, n the entire condo electrical system has been redone with own "box". i guess mine is slightly costly due to the floors...
