Bought my condo 2 months back at RM270K, facing the pool, with 2 car parks (side by side) Kitchen - partly furnished, 2 a/conds, 1 heater plus grilles. It that a good buy?

tinkerbell, i think urs is absolutely good price cos you got 2 parking. although ur kitchen is partly furnish..but furniture dont cost much right...to me, i would like ur unit cos 2 parking.

mine is on high floor, 21st floor. comes with 3 aircon, plaster ceiling entire condo, full kitchen, sofa, built in in master room, 1 heater, 1 shower screen, and the stainless steel grills and door (all silver color..i think this is the one that cost a bomb), very well kept..also the 2 steps from lounge to the room..the tiles match back the lounge ones, n the entire condo electrical system has been redone with own "box". i guess mine is slightly costly due to the floors...

Before I puchased this unit, I was unsure of the price, thought it is still pricey. High floor but not as high as yours, Rachael. Just a few floor lower. I have 2 car parks, perhaps I could just rent it out one of mine.
